For two months I worked at Alten as a quality analyst at the customer's MAHLE production plant. This plant manufactures on-board chargers for Stellantis electric vehicles.

My job was to analyze rejected parts from the line for defects. Here are some of the activities:

• Perform low and high power performance tests

• Performing insulation tests

• Performing communication tests

• Perform leakage tests

• Analyze current, voltage and consumption signals

• Assemble and disassemble chargers

• Inspect PCBs

• Take multimeter measurements on PCBs

• Oscilloscope and power supply testing of PCBs

• Desolder and solder smd and through hole components

• Diagnose problems

• Writing reports

• Collaboration with the team to solve problems using 8D methodology.

Engineering software used:

• CANoe: to control the chargers and get the signals.

• Altium: to view schematics
